Reciprocating System

• Excellent Performance
  The coating material switch can be opened with 2KG of pressure, and, combined with our company’s three-position return-flow valve, our coating systems can be cleaned much more easily than traditional systems.
• High-Efficiency Spray Coating
  Needless to say, the traditional electrostatic nozzle provides excellent object surface coating. The new small and lightweight round spray nozzle TCP-35, as well as the new flat spray nozzle TCH-60, provide even better flat-surface coating, and are therefore able to increase efficiency and significantly save coating materials.
• Easy Maintenance
  Maintenance parts have been designed to be unit-based, allowing simple and easy replacement of components. In addition, the complex adjustments required in traditional assembly processes are avoided with set component part units that have been pre-assembled and sealed together.
• Long life
  Precision ceramics are used for the base of the coating material valve as well as the firing pin, and special tetrafluoroethylene filling materials are used for the padding, making our products extremely durable. In addition, the sliding frictional portion of the O-ring uses solvent-resistant rubber, which allows prolonged use without need for replacement.
• Suitable for high-quality spray coating
  For coating objects with complex shapes or a lot of spacing on the coating surface, round rotary air-flow type jet-based spray nozzles which have the highest coating effectiveness rate of the various air atomization coating techniques can be used. Or, for flat-shaped coating objects that have less spacing on the coating surface, a wide-angle jet-based spray nozzle can be used. Excellent coating effects can even be produced on metal surfaces with spray coating.
• A Wide Selection of Coating Materials
  The A-90 spray gun’s effectiveness with general coating material types basically speaks for itself. For metal coating materials or water-based coating materials, almost all conductive coating materials can be used.
• High Level of Safety
  This device is combined with a K2 high-voltage electrostatic generator and uses an electronic switch, which allows it to quickly cut off high voltages and rapidly discharge any residual charge. In addition, the device is also equipped with an alarm buzzer, providing an additional level of safety for the operator.
